Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun Hotel, Cancun

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the stunning sea view from my room, although it wasn't ideal since I had initially hoped for a higher floor. The beach area is beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made my experience much more pleasant. However, I felt the dining options were quite limited, and the added cost for a better room was a stretch for my budget.

The hotel has a decent location, just a short walk to some popular spots, but my room on the first floor felt a bit cramped and the view was pretty blocked by another building. The service left something to be desired, as there were moments of unprofessionalism that made my stay a bit less enjoyable. While the dining options were a highlight, with one or two standout meals, the overall experience felt a little lacking in some areas.
